We started in a monitoring station, just like yours, in 2001, and we had a fundamental problem to solve—how could we deliver a consistent level of service to multiple organizations, all of whom had different security systems? The answer was to develop a platform that could integrate these islands of technology into a simple-to-use, single view.

We are privately owned, and completely independent which allows us to reinvest profits into continually improving our platform—constantly responding to changes in technology, systems, and hardware. In turn, we can maintain an open and even-handed approach to our vendor relationships. This keeps our product fresh and relevant so that you, our customer, can grow and develop your businesses without constraint. The value of our approach is demonstrated by the fact that around 40% of our business growth comes from existing customers.
