Industry Veteran to Assist Key Customers in Growing their SaaS-based Manages Services Offering

Jason Caldwell is SureView’s new business development manager for SureView’s new Guard Force product, a hosted service version of Immix Command Center designed for customers to offer Immix Command Center as a service from their security operations center (SOC) to private command center customers.

Mr. Caldwell brings nine years of experience in managed and monitored video and security services to the role.  His aim will be to help Immix Guard Force customers, primarily physical guard providers looking to augment and enhance their service offerings using technology, rapidly grow their businesses through back-end managed services and the outsourcing of traditional command center operations.

“Jason Caldwell is an ideal addition to our team and a very strategic hire for SureView,” stated Chris Brown, vice president of sales and business development.  “Having been a SureView customer and reseller for many years, he knows our product line very well and, more importantly, he has extensive experience in helping companies build and execute successful video monitoring and managed services programs.  We feel his expertise in this area will be of great benefit to our guard force partners as we look to grow this side of our business.”

Mr. Caldwell joins SureView from UCIT Online Security, where he was director of channel partners and was responsible for the development, growth, and management of the company’s partner base of system integrators and security companies.  Caldwell previously worked in an identical role at Acadian Monitoring Services where he was largely responsible for building that company’s video monitoring program into one of the five largest in the United States. He also spent time with Bosch Security Systems’ Cloud-based Services business unit, which also focused on managed and monitored video services for the central station environment.

Prior to shifting his career to the security industry, Caldwell spent nine years working in marketing and public relations for technology companies and expects to play a large role in these duties at SureView as well.
